プライバシーポリシー（日本語）
「クラシックギター研究室」（以下、「当サイト」といいます）が提供するアプリケーション「ReString Logger」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 個人情報の収集と利用目的
本アプリでは、以下の目的のために最低限必要な個人情報を取得・利用します。
- アカウント認証（ログイン）: ユーザーが自身のデータを安全に管理・同期できるよう、GoogleアカウントやApple ID等を使用した認証情報をFirebase Authenticationを通じて取得します。
- データの保存および公開: ユーザーが本アプリに入力した弦の交換記録・レビュー（ブランド、モデル、評価、コメント等）、ギターの詳細スペック情報、ならびに任意で登録されたギター写真および試奏音声（最大10秒）は、クラウドデータベース（Firebase Firestore）および専用メディアサーバーに保存されます。これらのデータは、ユーザー自身の記録管理に利用されるほか、「公開」に設定されたデータに限り、アプリ内の「みんなの記録（共有フィード）」または当サイト上において、他のユーザーも閲覧・再生できるレビューとして公開・共有されます（※個人のメールアドレスや認証情報が公開されることはありません）。
- 端末機能へのアクセス（パーミッション）:
- カメラ / フォトライブラリ: ギター写真の登録・アップロードのために使用します。
- マイク（録音機能）: 弦の試奏音声サンプルの録音のために使用します。
- 通知（ローカル通知）: 弦の張り替え時期をお知らせするリマインダー通知のために使用します。
2. 利用している外部サービスとデータの取扱
本アプリでは、サービスの維持・向上、広告配信、およびアフィリエイトプログラムの運用のため、以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。これらのサービスは、ユーザーのアクセス情報を解析するため、または成果測定のためにクッキー（Cookie）や識別子を使用して自動的に情報を収集する場合があります。
- Firebase（Google LLC）: ユーザー認証、テキストデータ保存、およびアプリのホスティングのために利用しています。データは暗号化され安全に管理されます。
- 専用メディアサーバー（エックスサーバー株式会社）: ユーザーがアップロードした画像ファイルおよび音声ファイルを安全に保管・配信するために利用しています。ファイルはユーザー識別子（UID）ごとに厳格に分離して管理されます。
- Google AdMob / AdSense（Google LLC）: 本アプリでは広告配信のためにGoogle AdMob / AdSenseを利用しています。Googleを含む第三者配信事業者は、広告識別子（Advertising ID）やCookieを使用してユーザーの過去のアクセス情報に基づいたパーソナライズ広告を配信します。ユーザーは、Googleの広告設定からこれを無効にできます。
- Google Analytics（Google LLC）: 利用状況の分析とアプリ改善のため、Google Analyticsを利用してアクセス情報を匿名で収集しています。
3. 広告配信およびアフィリエイトプログラムについて
本アプリでは、各種アフィリエイトプログラム（成果報酬型広告）を利用して、クラシックギターの弦などの商品やサービスを紹介する場合があります。
- Amazonアソシエイト・プログラム: 当サイトおよび本アプリは、Amazon.co.jpを宣伝しリンクすることによってサイトが紹介料を獲得できる手段を提供することを目的に設定されたアフィリエイトプログラムである、Amazonアソシエイト・プログラムの参加者です。
- その他の広告配信事業者: 本アプリでは、楽天アフィリエイト、バリューコマース、アクセストレード等のASP（アフィリエイト・サービス・プロバイダ）が提供する広告を掲載する場合があります。これにより、第三者がユーザーのブラウザにCookieを配置・認識したり、Webビーコン等を用いて情報を収集したりすることがあります。これらは各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。
4. アカウントの削除およびデータの完全消去
ユーザーは、本アプリ内のマイページよりいつでも自己のアカウントを削除（退会）できます。アカウント削除が実行された場合、Firebase上の認証情報および記録データ、ならびに専用メディアサーバー上に保存されている画像・音声ファイルはすべて即座に完全消去されます。
5. 免責事項
本アプリで紹介する商品やサービスの購入・契約等は、ユーザーと提供先販売店との直接取引となります。また、本アプリ内で他のユーザーが投稿したレビューや記録内容の正確性・客観性について、当サイトは一切の保証をいたしません。本アプリの利用によって生じた何らかのトラブルや損失・損害等につきまして、当サイトは一切の責任を負いかねます。

Privacy Policy (English)
“Classical Guitar Lab” (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”) establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the application “ReString Logger” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).
1. Collection and Use of Personal Information
The App collects and uses the minimum necessary personal information for the following purposes:
- Account Authentication (Login): To allow users to securely manage and synchronize their data, we obtain authentication information via Firebase Authentication using Google Sign-In, Apple ID, etc.
- Data Storage and Public Sharing: String replacement records and reviews (brand, model, evaluation, comments), detailed guitar specifications, and optionally uploaded guitar photos and audio samples (up to 10 seconds) are stored in Cloud Firestore and dedicated media servers. In addition to personal record management, data set to “Public” is shared and published in the App’s “Shared Feed” or on our website for other users to view and listen to (Personal email addresses and authentication credentials will never be disclosed).
- Device Permissions:
- Camera / Photo Library: Used for selecting and uploading guitar photos.
- Microphone: Used for recording short audio clips of string tone samples.
- Notifications (Local Notifications): Used to schedule and deliver string replacement reminders.
2. Third-Party Services and Data Handling
The App uses the following third-party services to maintain and improve services, deliver advertisements, and operate affiliate programs. These services may automatically collect information using cookies or identifiers for traffic analysis or conversion tracking.
- Firebase (Google LLC): Used for user authentication, text data storage, and hosting. Data is encrypted and securely managed.
- Dedicated Media Hosting (Xserver Inc.): Used to securely store and deliver image and audio files uploaded by users. Media files are strictly isolated and organized per User ID (UID).
- Google AdMob / AdSense (Google LLC): Used for serving advertisements within the native app (AdMob) and web/PWA (AdSense). Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or advertising identifiers to serve personalized ads based on user visits and interests. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): Used to collect access information anonymously to analyze usage and improve the App.
3. Advertising and Affiliate Programs
The App may promote products or services (such as classical guitar strings) through various affiliate marketing programs.
- Amazon Associates Program: “Classical Guitar Lab” and the App are participants in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.jp.
- Other Affiliate Networks: The App may display advertisements provided by Rakuten Affiliate, ValueCommerce, ACCESTRADE, and other ASPs (Affiliate Service Providers). These third parties may place and recognize cookies on your browser or use web beacons to collect information in the course of advertisements being served. Such data handling is subject to the privacy policies of the respective providers.
4. Account Deletion and Data Erasure
Users can delete their account at any time via the My Page screen within the App. Upon account deletion, all authentication records, database entries in Firebase, and uploaded media files (photos and audio) on our media server will be permanently deleted immediately.
5. Disclaimer
Purchases and contracts for products or services introduced in the App are direct transactions between the user and the vendor. We do not guarantee the accuracy or objectivity of reviews, records, images, or audio clips posted by other users within the App. We assume no responsibility for any trouble, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the App.
