「ReString Logger」 App 利用規約 / Terms of Service

利用規約（日本語）

本利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）は、「クラシックギター研究室」（以下、「当サイト」といいます）が提供するアプリケーション「ReString Logger」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用するすべてのユーザー（以下、「ユーザー」といいます）は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第1条（アカウントの管理）

1. ユーザーは、本アプリの利用に際して自身のGoogleアカウント、Apple ID等の認証情報を自己の責任において厳重に管理するものとします。
2. 認証情報の管理不十分によるデータの流出、第三者の不正利用等によって生じた損害の責任はユーザーが負うものとし、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。

第2条（アカウントの削除およびデータの完全消去）

1. ユーザーは、本アプリ内のマイページよりいつでも自己のアカウントを削除（退会）することができます。
2. アカウント削除が実行された場合、当サイトは認証データ、登録された記録データ、ならびにサーバー上に保管されている画像・音声ファイルをすべて直ちに完全消去します。

第3条（ユーザー生成コンテンツ（UGC）の取扱い）

1. 「ユーザー生成コンテンツ（以下「投稿コンテンツ」といいます）」とは、ユーザーが本アプリに入力・保存・アップロードした弦の交換記録、レビュー、ギターの仕様情報、写真、および音声データを指します。
2. 投稿コンテンツの著作権は、作成したユーザー自身に留保されます。
3. ユーザーが投稿コンテンツの公開設定を「公開」にした場合、ユーザーは当サイトに対し、本アプリ内の「みんなの記録（共有フィード）」および当サイト上において、当該コンテンツを非独占的に無償で表示・配信・共有する権利を許諾するものとします。

第4条（禁止事項および不適切コンテンツへのゼロトレランス方針）

本アプリでは、不適切なコンテンツおよび他者への迷惑行為に対してゼロトレランス（一切容認しない）方針をとっています。ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為またはこれらに該当するコンテンツの投稿を行ってはなりません。

1. 誹謗中傷・嫌がらせ: 他者への攻撃、侮辱、名誉毀損、脅迫、差別的または不快感を与える表現の投稿。
2. 公序良俗違反: 猥褻、暴力的、過激、その他社会通念上不適切と判断される画像、音声、テキストの投稿。
3. 権利侵害: 当サイトまたは第三者の著作権、商標権、肖像権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する行為。
4. 不正行為・システム妨害: 本アプリのサーバーやネットワークに対して過度な負荷をかける行為、アプリを不正に改ざん・逆コンパイル・解析する行為、他のユーザーのアカウントを不正に利用する行為。
5. スパム・無断宣伝: 無関係な広告、勧誘、過度な同一内容の連続投稿。
6. その他、当サイトが不適切と合理的に判断する行為。

第5条（通報・ブロック機能および不適切コンテンツへの対処）

1. 通報機能: ユーザーは、第4条に違反する不適切な投稿を発見した場合、各投稿カードのメニューより直ちに通報することができます。
2. ブロック機能: ユーザーは、特定の投稿者をブロックすることができます。ブロックを実行すると、当該投稿者が投稿したすべてのコンテンツが即座に対象ユーザーの画面上から非表示となります。
3. 当サイトの対処権限: 当サイトは、通報を受けた場合または不適切なコンテンツを検知した場合、24時間以内に内容を確認し、事前の通知なく以下の措置を講じる権利を有します。
   • 該当する投稿コンテンツ（テキスト、画像、音声）の削除または非公開化
   • 本規約に違反したユーザーのアカウント利用停止または登録抹消

第6条（データの保管と免責）

1. 本アプリに入力された記録データはクラウドデータベース上に保存されますが、当サイトはデータの永久的な保管やバックアップを保証するものではありません。
2. サーバーの不具合、システムの改修、その他不可抗力により本アプリのデータが消失、変更、または閲覧不能となった場合、これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。
3. 本アプリ内で他のユーザーが投稿したレビューや記録内容（画像・音声を含む）の正確性・客観性について、当サイトは一切の保証をいたしません。

第7条（サービスの停止・変更・終了）

当サイトは、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更、追加、または提供を停止・終了することができるものとします。これによりユーザーに生じた不利益や損害について、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。

第8条（規約の変更）

当サイトは、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに事前の通知なくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または当サイト上に掲示した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

第9条（知的財産権）

本アプリを構成する文章、画像、プログラム、デザインその他一切のコンテンツ（ユーザー自身の投稿コンテンツを除く）に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当サイトまたは正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。

第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して生じた紛争については、当サイトの運営所在地を管轄する地方裁判所または簡易裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Service (English)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the conditions for using the application “ReString Logger” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) provided by “Classical Guitar Lab” (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”). By using the App, all users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Account Management)

1. Users shall strictly manage their own login credentials (such as Google accounts, Apple ID) used for the App at their own responsibility.
2. We assume no responsibility for any damage caused by inadequate management of authentication information or unauthorized use by a third party.

Article 2 (Account Deletion and Data Erasure)

1. Users can delete their account at any time via the My Page screen within the App.
2. Upon account deletion, all authentication records, database entries, and uploaded media files (photos and audio) on our servers will be permanently and immediately erased.

Article 3 (User-Generated Content (UGC))

1. “User-Generated Content” (hereinafter referred to as “Posted Content”) refers to string replacement records, reviews, guitar specifications, photos, and audio clips entered, saved, or uploaded by Users.
2. Copyrights for Posted Content shall be retained by the Users who created them.
3. When a User sets Posted Content to “Public”, the User grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and share such content within the App’s “Shared Feed” and on our website.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions and Zero-Tolerance Policy)

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior. Users shall not engage in any of the following actions or post content that includes:

1. Defamation and Harassment: Attacking, insulting, defaming, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language targeting others.
2. Objectionable Content: Obscene, violent, extremist, or socially inappropriate images, audio, or text.
3. Infringement of Rights: Actions that infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights of ours or third parties.
4. Malicious Activities / System Interference: Placing excessive loads on servers/networks, tampering with, decompiling, or analyzing the App unauthorizedly, or unauthorized use of other Users’ accounts.
5. Spam and Unauthorized Promotion: Irrelevant advertising, solicitation, or repetitive posting of identical content.
6. Any other actions reasonably deemed inappropriate by us.

Article 5 (Reporting, Blocking, and Handling of Objectionable Content)

1. Reporting Feature: Users can immediately report any objectionable content that violates Article 4 via the menu on each post card.
2. Blocking Feature: Users can block specific content creators. Once blocked, all content posted by that creator will be immediately hidden from the User’s view.
3. Moderation and Enforcement: We review reports and detected objectionable content and reserve the right to take the following actions within 24 hours without prior notice:
   • Removal or unpublishing of the offending Posted Content (text, photos, audio).
   • Immediate suspension or termination of the account of any User who violates these Terms.

Article 6 (Data Storage and Disclaimer)

1. Although the recorded data entered into the App is stored in the cloud database, we do not guarantee permanent storage or backup of the data.
2. We assume no responsibility for any damage caused to Users due to data loss, modification, or inability to view data resulting from server failure, system updates, or other force majeure.
3. We do not guarantee the accuracy or objectivity of reviews, records, images, or audio clips posted by other Users within the App.

Article 7 (Suspension, Modification, and Termination of Service)

We reserve the right to modify, add, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice to Users. We assume no responsibility for any disadvantage or damage caused to Users as a result.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The modified Terms shall become effective upon being posted within the App or on our website.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights and all other intellectual property rights regarding all content constituting the App (excluding Users’ own Posted Content), including texts, images, programs, designs, and materials, shall belong to us or third parties holding legitimate rights.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the District Court or Summary Court having jurisdiction over our location.
