利用規約（日本語）
本利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）は、「クラシックギター研究室」（以下、「当サイト」といいます）が提供するWebアプリケーション「ReString Logger」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用するすべてのユーザー（以下、「ユーザー」といいます）は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（アカウントの管理）
- ユーザーは、本アプリの利用に際して自身のGoogleアカウント等の認証情報を自己の責任において厳重に管理するものとします。
- 認証情報の管理不十分によるデータの流出、第三者の不正利用等によって生じた損害の責任はユーザーが負うものとし、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。
第2条（データの保管と免責）
- 本アプリに入力された記録データはクラウド（Firebase）上に保存されますが、当サイトはデータの永久的な保管やバックアップを保証するものではありません。
- サーバーの不具合、システムの改修、その他不可抗力により本アプリのデータが消失、変更、または閲覧不能となった場合、これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。
第3条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。
- 本アプリのサーバーやネットワークに対して過度な負荷をかける行為。
- 本アプリを不正に改ざん、逆コンパイル、または解析する行為。
- 他のユーザーのアカウントを不正に利用する行為。
- その他、当サイトが不適切と判断する行為。
第4条（サービスの停止・変更・終了）
当サイトは、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更、追加、または提供を停止・終了することができるものとします。これによりユーザーに生じた不利益や損害について、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。
第5条（規約の変更）
当サイトは、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに事前の通知なくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または当サイト上に掲示した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
Terms of Service (English)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the conditions for using the web application “ReString Logger” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) provided by “Classical Guitar Lab” (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”). By using the App, all users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Account Management)
- Users shall strictly manage their own login information (such as Google accounts) used for the App at their own responsibility.
- We assume no responsibility for any damage caused by inadequate management of authentication information or unauthorized use by a third party.
Article 2 (Data Storage and Disclaimer)
- Although the recorded data entered into the App is stored in the cloud (Firebase), we do not guarantee permanent storage or backup of the data.
- We assume no responsibility for any damage caused to Users due to data loss, modification, or inability to view data resulting from server failure, system updates, or other force majeure.
Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in any of the following actions when using the App:
- Actions that place an excessive load on the App’s servers or networks.
- Actions that tamper with, decompile, or analyze the App unauthorizedly.
- Unauthorized use of other Users’ accounts.
Article 4 (Suspension, Modification, and Termination of Service)
We reserve the right to modify, add, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice to Users. We assume no responsibility for any disadvantage or damage caused to Users as a result.
Article 5 (Changes to the Terms)
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The modified Terms shall become effective upon being posted within the App or on our website.
